Deliveries are dispatched by Rock'nShirt using La Poste postal service. The customer is responsible for paying estimated carriage costs. These costs may be based on value and destination of the package. A list of current delivery costs is posted on www.rocknshirt.com.

Orders should arrive within three weeks at the latest. Most products are sent out much more quickly than this, arriving in less than 2 weeks.

If an order is not received within three weeks of order confirmation, the customer may then exercise his/her right to return in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Customers may not claim compensation in connection with delivery times provided that Rock'nShirt establishes immediate contact and the damage is not intentional or resulting form negligence. If the payment method chosen by the customer for returning the item cannot be used, even if proposed by Rock'nShirt in accordance with the contract, due to insufficient funds in the customer’s account or through incorrect data being communicated, the customer shall reimburse Rock'nShirt or a third party instructed by Rock'nShirt to check that costs incurred have been paid.
